Acts like a better Ice Pillar, but is incredibly similar to Bloody Provocation. The stun chance is far higher, but its power is far behind its predecessors. Weigh together this and Bloody Provocation and think of what you'd prefer, as having both would not assist you. This skill damage monsters around you, not around the target monster.
